These terms cover buying and using cratedex., software made by RYVI LLC. By buying it you agree to them.
What you get
One payment of $14.99 (USD; taxes may apply) gets you a personal licence to use cratedex. on one computer. It is not a subscription. The licence key activates once, online, on the computer you choose; after that the app works offline.
What you may not do
Share, resell or redistribute the app or your licence key, or remove or get around its licence checks.
Refunds and chargebacks
After a refund or a payment dispute, the licence key can no longer activate or re-activate cratedex.
Requirements
Windows 11, 64-bit. An internet connection for the one-time activation.
Your files
cratedex. works with the audio on your computer and does not rewrite your originals. You remain responsible for your own files and their backups.
No warranty
cratedex. is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, RYVI LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have under your local consumer law.
