cratedex. is made by RYVI LLC. This page explains what this website and a purchase collect, and why. Questions go to support@cratedex.store.
This website
- There are no accounts, no analytics and no advertising cookies.
- Your theme, sound and volume choices are remembered in your own browser's local storage. They never leave your device.
- The demo sounds are generated in your browser. Nothing you play or build on the page is sent anywhere.
- The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the technical details of each visit (such as your IP address) to deliver and protect the site.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it serves them.
Buying cratedex.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, billing country and whether the payment succeeded; we never see your full card number. We use these to deliver your licence key, send receipts, handle refunds and keep the records the law requires. During checkout this site sets one cookie, which lets this browser alone show your licence key after payment; it expires after 7 days. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what Stripe does with your payment details.
The app
cratedex. is local-first: your library and audio files stay on your computer.
Activating the app sends your licence key and a one-way hash of your Windows installation's ID (not your name, account or hardware serials) to cratedex.store once. We keep that pairing so the key works on that one computer and cannot be shared. After activation the app works offline.
Your choices
Write to support@cratedex.store to see or delete the purchase records we hold about you, except what we must keep for tax and accounting.
